  • Clients receive usage rights as outlined in their signed photography contract.

3. Booking & Payment

  • Sessions are confirmed only after a signed contract and retainer are received.

  • Retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your contract.

  • Remaining balances are due by the agreed date in your contract.

4. Service Delivery

  • Edited galleries are delivered within 2 weeks unless otherwise specified.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, technical issues, etc.), but clients will be notified promptly.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for sessions.

  • Rescheduling or cancellations must follow the terms outlined in your contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • ESTHER THOMPSON PHOTOGRAPHY is not liable for technical failures, site downtime, or third-party service interruptions (e.g., gallery hosting platforms).

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific session or service.

7. Third-Party Services

This site may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., CloudSpot, payment processors). Their terms and policies also apply.

8. Privacy & Data
